​You'll receive an email 8 days and 1 day before the planting with the:

• Time (see timeline below)

• Meeting location​

• What to bring/wear

  • Wear clothing that can get dirty;

  • Bring work gloves if possible;

  • Bring a re-usable water bottle;

• Weather Protocol (see below)

  • Canopy will have doughnuts, coffee, water on-hand in the morning;

  • Canopy will provide pizza and live music around noon;

  • Volunteers will be split into groups to plant 3-5 trees each;

  • Groups will be announced Saturday morning;
