YOUTH TREE TENDER JOB DESCRIPTION

Are you seeking summer employment? Do you enjoy the outdoors, sustainability, and the environment? Apply for our new youth summer employment program to become a steward of Bloomington’s urban forest!

OVERVIEW

Our Youth Tree Tenders program trains and educates young adults about the benefits of trees, why it’s necessary to care for them, and allows them to apply that knowledge in the field through tree maintenance. Our Youth Tree Tender team works in the parks around the City of Bloomington to water, prune, and mulch trees. This year's program will have 2 sessions, one running through the month of June and the other running through the month of July.
