The Serviceberry by Robin Wall Kimmerer—an exploration of the concept of reciprocity and ecological connection through the lens of Indigenous wisdom, using the humble serviceberry as a metaphor for a gift-based economy. With lyrical insight rooted in mutual care, Kimmerer invites readers to reimagine how we live, give, and grow in harmony with the natural world. Leading the discussion will be Amy Roche and a guest speaker from the Community Orchard.
