Indiana Community Tree Steward Program

The Indiana Community Tree Steward Program is offered three times a year throughout the state by Indiana’s Division of Forestry, Community and Urban Forestry program. Participants learn about the basics of urban tree care and how to communicate the benefits of urban trees. Attendees are asked to then use their skills by volunteering 15 hours of service to local communities to improve or maintain the urban forest. CanopyBloomington is excited to partner with the state CUF program to facilitate a training in Bloomington on November 14 and 15 at the Indiana Memorial Union on Indiana University’s campus.
